Joe Figliomeni, CPA, CGA, CFP®, CIM®

Certified Financial Planner®
Associate Portfolio Manager, Managing Partner, Quintessence Wealth

Born and raised in Schreiber, Ontario, Joe’s career path has always encompassed his entrepreneurial spirit. With a Diploma in Business Administration from Confederation College, he subsequently achieved the designations as a Certified General Accountant (CGA), a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Certified Financial Planner®, and Chartered Investment Manager®.

Having spent most of his career in public accounting/consulting, Joe understands the day to day challenges most entrepreneurs and their families are facing.

While working for Industry Canada, Joe helped entrepreneurs of small to medium size businesses develop, grow and prosper.

Joe’s diverse experience and knowledge are building blocks that allows him to create the structure and development of practical solutions to the many obstacles one can face.

Joe is a proud volunteer and community leader, serving on many Boards over the course of his career including: the New Hamburg Board of Trade, and the Stratford Knights of Columbus and as a youth Soccer Coach.

Joe is the founder and Principal of KLT Wealth Management, but when not at work, he enjoys travelling, golfing, spending time with family and friends and keeping up his Italian traditions like homemade wine making.

Brad Wilson, CIM®

Wealth Advisor,
Associate Portfolio Manager, Quintessence Wealth

Born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Brad graduated from Carleton University with Honours Bachelor of International Business. His experience in the financial industry and entrepreneurial spirit motivated him to join the KLT Team.

Now, as a Wealth Advisor, he is working towards his Certified Financial Planner® designation. Brad is also an Associate Portfolio Manager (APM) with QWealth.

Brad’s main goal is to help you make well-informed financial decisions. He promotes financial literacy and takes an active role in educating our clients about their financial options. Brad works alongside the team to ensure quality services for our clients across Ontario and Quebec.

Brad is happily married to his wife Sophia and has an undeniable passion for sports. He is a big Ottawa Senators and New England Patriots fan and an avid traveler – he has visited 19 countries in the span of 1 year.

Courtney Beach, QAFP

Qualified Associate Financial Planner

Courtney graduated from Lakehead University with both an Honours Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education degree. With an entrepreneurial background, she completed the Financial Planning Program at Conestoga College qualifying for the Dean’s List and earned the Investors Group Award for Outstanding Academic Excellence. Now, as a Qualified Associate Financial Planner®, she is working towards her CFP® designation.

Courtney’s professionalism and exceptional attention to detail is an asset, as she works closely with the rest of the team to ensure quality service for our clients.

Combining her passions for financial literacy and greater global responsibility, Courtney heads our office’s Socially Responsible Investment line up.

Away from the office, Courtney is often found outside enjoying the local trails and waterways.

Jaimee Craven-Lovell

Client Relationship Manager

Jaimee is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the office and coordinates both in-person and phone appointments for the Advisors.

Due to her strong work ethic, she ensures even the simplest of tasks are completed properly and in a timely manner.

She brings invaluable resources to the team with her expansive knowledge, background, and customer service skills. Jaimee is a valuable asset to the KLT team.

Outside of the office, you will find Jaimee spending time with her husband Kyle and her dogs.

Adele Figliomeni

Communications Manager

Prior to working with KLT, Adele worked for 30 years in the Civil Engineering Industry as a Designer and Project Coordinator. She developed her communications skills as a liaison to many government authorities and agencies, developers, builders, and contractors. She sees the overall big picture, but still maintains a strong attention to detail.

She is also a self-taught artist and has exhibited throughout Ontario.

Her diversified experience and artistic talents are invaluable to the creativity of our Social Media and Marketing strategies.

When not in the office, Adele can be found in her Art studio, gardening, reading, cooking or spending time with family and friends.
